Rise and Reset share the same core blend of electrolytes, vitamins and minerals. Rise also contains 50mg of natural caffeine and L-theanine and is intended for the morning. Reset contains no added caffeine and is intended for the evening.
Mix one sachet with 300 to 500ml of cold water. Shake or stir until fully dissolved.
